Description

We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will lead and motivate your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create a great working environment. You will be an expert in product handling, continuously improving the customer journey through outstanding visual presentation and high-quality customer service. Supporting the Store Leader, you will help develop the team, maintain operational standards, and drive sales and KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver excellent product placement and create impressive wearable outfits.
  • Maintain high visual standards with the customer experience in mind.
  • Manage store operations confidently, including service, team, and daily tasks.
  • Empower your team to prioritize customer experience in all decisions.
  • Use commercial tools effectively to support store performance.
  • Assist the Store Leader in achieving KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and customer feedback.
  • Help ensure health & safety standards are met.
  • Support the development of a motivated, engaged, and valued team.
