Base pay rangeThe Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the Hospitality market. We are excited to partner with a well-known branded hotel group in search of a talented Cluster Revenue Manager based in Dublin.
As the Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue management for multiple hotels within the cluster, ensuring optimal pricing and maximizing revenue opportunities across the properties. You will lead the development and execution of revenue strategies, working closely with the sales, reservations, and marketing teams to achieve the hotels' financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage dynamic revenue strategies for the hotel cluster to maximize room revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and booking patterns to adjust pricing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the reservations and sales teams to ensure that the hotel's inventory and rates are optimized for online distribution channels.
- Lead the daily revenue meetings to review key metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and report on hotel performance against revenue targets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all systems (Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS) are optimized for accuracy and efficiency in forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with hotel management to ensure all departments are aligned with revenue goals and objectives.
- Mentor and manage the hotel reservations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue strategies that achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel revenue management techniques, reservation department operations, and online distribution channels.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and drive results.
- Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS systems.
- Experience managing and mentoring a hotel reservations team.
- Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
