Overview

Direct Sales Consultant (English and French speaker)

Location: Dublin – hybrid with 2 days a week in the office

Employment type: Permanent | Full time – 37.5 hours per week

In this role, you'll be part of our Bupa Global team in Dublin, supporting international members by delivering exceptional service and tailored health insurance solutions. The role focuses on solving complex queries and ensuring first-rate communication to customers throughout the sales and issue resolution process. The role will adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure processes and standards are followed.

What you'll do
  • Be the first point of contact for our members—helping them understand our products, resolving queries, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
  • Use your communication and sales skills to deliver a world-class experience in both English and French.
  • Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service from start to finish.
  • Introduce tailored Bupa Global products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and actions in our customer database.
  • Ensure product and service knowledge is current to correctly educate intermediaries and consultatively sell products.
  • Be knowledgeable about competitor activity and products.
  • Use sales and negotiation skills to assess customer needs and offer the right solutions.
Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales role with transferable skills is essential.
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and high-value contract management is desirable.
