Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (moving to Dunshaughlin, Co Meath in 2026)
Purpose of the role: To develop, lead, and implement marketing strategies that strengthen the brand presence, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, sector dynamics, and alignment with sales and product teams to ensure commercial success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in line with business objectives
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs in this sector
- Lead brand positioning initiatives to strengthen competitive differentiation
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and trade shows
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as lead conversion rates and ROI
- Oversee the company's online presence including the website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external content creators to produce technical guides, case studies, newsletters, and product spotlights
- Maintain and grow a CRM database to support segmentation and targeting
- Support product launches with tailored marketing collateral and promotional strategies
- Work closely with procurement and sales teams to communicate product benefits, technical specs, and pricing advantages
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
- Manage internal communications on product and marketing initiatives
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' of marketing experience, preferably within the construction, manufacturing or industrial distribution sector
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver measurable results
- Strong grasp of B2B digital marketing tactics, content creation, and SEO/SEM
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), CRM systems, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
