Job Description: Legal Secretary/Executive at Blake & Kenny LLP

Blake & Kenny LLP, a large law firm in Galway City, is seeking to recruit a full-time, permanent Legal Secretary or Executive to join its busy practice.

The successful candidate will assist and support the team in handling sales of residential and commercial property, as well as communicating and meeting with clients as necessary.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience as a legal executive or legal secretary
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Case Management Software and diary management
  • Fast and accurate typing speed, minimum 60 wpm
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Team player with a flexible approach
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
