As our Customer Success Lead, you'll be the trusted partner to manufacturing teams — helping them embed the platform, get real value from it, and explore new ways to improve.
This role isn't about ticking boxes or managing accounts — it's about building strong relationships, being proactive, and growing something meaningful from the start. If you're someone with a few years' experience in customer success, or tech-focused account management, and you're looking to step into a role with real impact and ownership, this is your opportunity.
About the Role
As our first dedicated Customer Success Lead, you'll be helping to define what "great" looks like in this space. You'll work closely with our customers to make sure they're getting the most from the platform, and collaborate with our product, sales and marketing teams to improve the overall experience.
This is a hybrid role based in the West of Ireland, with a mix of office collaboration and time spent on-site with customers.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across Ireland and beyond
- Guide new customers through onboarding and support them in embedding the platform into their processes
- Use emerging AI tools to develop more impactful training resources, making it easier for our customers to get value from the platform
- Proactively identify ways to help customers get more value — from feature adoption to process improvement
- Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth
- Gather and share insights from customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap
- Work closely with our Lean and Product teams (including our contract team members) to ensure customers see measurable impact
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years' experience in customer success, account management, or technical sales, ideally in a SaaS or manufacturing-related setting
- A great communicator and relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to solving customer problems
- Someone who enjoys being on-site, learning how things work, and helping teams improve
- Comfortable working in a growing company where you'll help shape the processes, not just follow them

Location & Working Style
We're based in the West of Ireland and work together in the office 3–4 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days if preferred. You'll also spend time on-site with customers, so the role will involve some travel.
