You: an ABM superstar who understands the nuances of outbound marketing at scale across a complex, enterprise sales cycle. You love working arm-in-arm to attract the right prospect, own and execute creative campaigns, and can serve as the face of Marketing in front of the EMEA sales team. A successful candidate will be a data-driven, collaborative and creative force that can determine what tactics to engage a target no matter where they may be in their buying journey.

You will work to build relationships across both Sales and Marketing, owning the success of your own initiatives, building and executing on project plans from start-to-finish across a variety of marketing tactics. Able to create a creative concept, adapt with ease, and arm an AE with everything they need to maximize the opportunities you create for them. Role and ResponsibilitiesHigh Level responsibilities
  • Accountable for generating qualified opportunities via ABM programs designed to identify new ICP-fit targets, and engage known target accounts through the entire buyer's journey.
  • Serve as the main marketing POC for the EMEA sales team, working arm-in-arm to meet pipeline and revenue goals as you execute your own ROI-focused ABM programs.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive awareness and push target accounts through the sales cycle - from ad campaigns, to bespoke events, to direct mail and gifting: the world is your oyster and creativity winsTactical responsibilities
    • Act as marketing lead for the sales teams you support. Build an ABM-driven plan of action that helps your team meet and beat their pipeline and revenue goals.
    • Own and execute weekly, monthly and quarterly programs that work in tandem with the Sales team - you'll provide target lists, a reason to reach out, and supporting materials (gifts, spiffs, events, etc) to arm our sales teams with all they need to meet predictable pipeline goals.
    • Be the voice of Sales in front of the Marketing team and the voice of Marketing in front of Sales. Know and speak to what Chargebee Marketing is capable of, and what Sales will be able to execute on.
    • Able to execute on complex projects that span across multiple teams, time zones, and priorities. Understanding the nuances of different marketing channels and how they affect your own success.
    • Work hand-in-hand with global events and digital marketing teams to understand the ebbs and flows of leads through the sales pipeline - and be at the ready to fill pipeline gaps, and advance deals with creative tactics that will drive target accounts to action.
    • Work closely with the sales team, provide timely feedback and insights to ensure common growth goals are met. Incorporate feedback from the sales team to strengthen the initiatives you own.
    Skills and Experience
    • You have 5+ years experience in B2B marketing in a high technology environment with at least two specifically in an ABM role.
    • You have experience building and optimizing ABM campaigns - particularly those built using 6Sense.
    • You are enthusiastic about using AI to personalize marketing campaigns and experiences for target customers and are able to discuss exact use cases at a high level
    • You understand how to use data and analytics to segment and target lists
    • You have experience across a myriad of marketing techniques including advertising, gifting campaigns, event management, etc.
    • You have a good command of 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM tactics and how to effectively cross leverage shared stakeholders to drive target accounts to action.
    • Reporting expertise in Salesforce - you should be able to build and edit your own basic reports and dashboards without fully relying on marketing operations
    • You can understand a complex business, the intricacies of a buying team, and know how to teach and train when necessary
    • You are an have a knack for effective communicator and are enthusiastic and creative.ion and always bring in curious enthusiasm
    • You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to break down complex and abstract problems into smaller meaningful tactics
    Nice to haves
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (prior to marketing)
    • Experience in fintech or finance
    • Prior experience implementing AI for ABM
    • Experience with Influ2, VWO, and other ABM tools
