Teamworx are delighted to partner with this family run business with operations in both Ireland & UK. We're looking for an Administrator to join our clients team in Monaghan. This role is ideal for someone who's organised, loves working with Excel, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be at the heart of the planning and logistics, making sure everything is accurate, well-coordinated, and on time.

What You'll Be Doing- Using Microsoft Excel daily to keep records up to date and accurate
- Helping to coordinate schedules and logistics to make sure operations run smoothly
- Preparing and managing documentation to support compliance and reporting
- Communicating with team members, external partners, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring key deadlines and ensuring everything is delivered on time
- Supporting transport and logistics processes, making sure everything is safe and compliant
- Taking care of general admin tasks like data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Being a go-to point of contact for queries, providing clear and friendly support
- Working closely with colleagues, but also managing your own workload
- You're confident with Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data.
- You've got a great eye for detail and can spot errors easily.
- You enjoy planning, organising, and keeping things in order.
- You communicate well and can build good working relationships.
- You're able to juggle tasks, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in logistics, compliance, or scheduling would be a bonus, but not essential.
