We're looking for a HR Generalist (Global) to join our journey and work closely with our Chief People Officer to bring "One Mincon" to life.

What You'll Do

Be the go-to HR partner for employees and managers across our global teams.

Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle — contracts, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.

Partner with the CPO to design and deliver impactful HR initiatives.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation across Ireland, EMEA, and other regions.

Lead the rollout of our new HRIS (BambooHR) and maintain accurate HR data.

Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partner to create a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.

Drive culture, engagement, and development initiatives that make "One Mincon" a reality.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HR generalist/HR operations experience, ideally with global or EMEA exposure.

Knowledge of Irish employment law; experience with multi-region compliance is a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment.
