The Role

To support the rework activities and warehouse GDP activities within the Citywest Site. Work with the quality, operations, and commercial teams to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place and to ensure that all operations are compliant to GxP standards.

The Role

To support the rework activities and warehouse GDP activities within the Citywest Site. Work with the quality, operations, and commercial teams to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place and to ensure that all operations are compliant to GxP standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the business in the daily duties associated with GMP rework activities
  • Preparation and maintenance of all documentation associated with such work
  • Become a subject matter expert in rework activities and the associated processes
  • Assist with the raising of Deviations and Non-Conformances in Q-Pulse
  • Issue out KPIs and reports as per principal and internal requirements
  • Assist with the creation and update of procedures
  • Review and investigation of distribution complaints
  • Processing of product quality complaints
  • Reporting and inspecting of exempt medicinal products
  • Temperature Monitoring and Investigations
  • Quality review and processing of Returns
  • Temperature controlled delivery support
  • Providing training on GxP principles
  • Any other quality duties which may arise

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
  • Experience in GDP/GMP and warehouse management systems
  • 3rd level qualification in a scientific discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar administration role
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word & Excel PowerPoint etc
  • Previous experience of working with SAP or similar system is preferred
  • Previous experience of working with warehouse management inventory systems

  • Highly organized & efficient – with an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – with an ability to interact with all of staff, management, customers and clients.

We have offices in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand. The company's main divisions encompass everything from International Sales through Sales to NGO's and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply, Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and the storage and distribution of medical products and devices for third parties.
