Our Client, a large Manufacturing Multinational, requires a Quality Administrator for its site in North Dublin. This is a 23 month contract with possibilities of extension. Call Emma for more information on 01 8456302.

The Role:

  • Processing & maintaining Quality Notifications to record the material and to assist with engineering and other departments in the disposition of material.
  • Work with Finance to reconcile invoice and finance discrepancies arising.
  • Support the processing of material dispositioned for Return to Suppliers from the non-conforming material review process. Creating Return Material Authorizations (RMA), for rejected parts to be returned to suppliers dispositioned at MRB.
  • Ensure necessary clearances and approvals are in place to allow the routing of material back to suppliers.
  • Assist in the development of required links with suppliers to support the material returns process.
  • Support the gathering and registration of material compliance relating to sustainability including EU RoHS compliance and the running of compliance reports in SAP.

Experience for this role:

  • 2-3 years experience working in a Quality Team.
  • BA Degree in Quality Management, Business, Administration or similar.
  • Strong working knowledge/experience of general quality admin activities including SAP.
  • You thrive in a fast paced diverse environment, can work both as a team member and independently.
  • You are energised by finding new and improved ways to deliver excellence, not being afraid to embrace new initiatives and change;
  • You are a clear and confident verbal communicator.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
