We are seeking applications for a Tutor to deliver our on-site SNA programme at Level 6 on the NFQ, at one of our Outreach venues in Naas, Co. Kildare. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for their subject and an ability to instill and encourage the same in their students. Teaching experience is preferred for this part-time position.

Overview

This role involves delivering the on-site QQI/SNA programme in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the on-site SNA programme at Level 6 on the NFQ
  • Provide engaging, face-to-face instruction to students
Details
  • Days: Tuesday evenings, 6:45 to 9:15 pm
  • Hours: 2.5 hours per week
  • Location: St. Mary's College, Naas, Co. Kildare
  • Duration: 10 weeks from the end of September
  • Format: Face-to-face teaching
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • Subject matter / Industry certified / Qualified
  • Relevant and subject-related industry experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Excellent presentation, IT and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to supporting and developing others with a demonstrated interest in learner employability, activation, and progression
  • Previous experience delivering training
