If this sounds like the right environment for you, let's connect **Key Responsibilities:*** Drive revenue within the ESMB segment (200-400 employees) by creating, managing, and closing opportunities, while ensuring customer success with Slack.* Provide tailored recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns.* Manage multiple customer accounts at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.* Foster growth by proactively reaching out to existing customers and guiding them through their journey with Slack.* Handle inbound customer communication, addressing issues related to billing, legal, security, and technical concerns.* Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement across all functions.**What We're Looking For:*** At least 2 years of experience in closing sales and driving revenue.* Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.* A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals.* A knack for identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions.* Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.* A deep interest in increasing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationshipsUnleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
