We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Account Executive to join our team in Dublin, where we're expanding our reach in the EMEA region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in showcasing the value of Slack to new SMB prospects and existing customers, driving adoption, and maximizing the value they gain from our platform. Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue within the ESMB segment (200-400 employees) by creating, managing, and closing opportunities, while ensuring customer success with Slack.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns.
- Manage multiple customer accounts at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
- Foster growth by proactively reaching out to existing customers and guiding them through their journey with Slack.
- Handle inbound customer communication, addressing issues related to billing, legal, security, and technical concerns.
- Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement across all functions.
- At least 2 years of experience in closing sales and driving revenue.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals.
- A knack for identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep interest in increasing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
