Summary:
To support the delivery of the CRM Beneficiary strategy and roadmap, ideate and execute multi-channel lifecycle journeys, and continuously optimize performance through data-driven insights and testing. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical CRM knowledge, and strategic thinking to engage, retain, and grow our Beneficiary base.
Requirements
- Main responsibility: delivery of best-in-class email campaigns
- Tasks include:
- Writing creative briefs
- Writing copy/content
- Briefing creative teams
- Updating landing pages & creating promocodes
- Building newsletters and creating target audiences
- Creating competitions, engagement quizzes, and promotions
- Collaborating with key stakeholders (e.g., Trading, Legal, Brand)
- Optimizing Triggered (Lifecycle) communications and implementing new ones
- Creating and sending Mobile Push notifications aligned with CRM strategy
- Reporting on market email communication performance and providing insights for optimization
Essential Competencies/Skills:
- 1-2 years' experience in email marketing or a related field
- Attention to detail and efficiency
- Strong creativity and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong English proficiency
Qualities

- Knowledge of CRM tools (training provided)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (training provided)
- Interest in Data analytics
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Fluency in another European language (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch)
- Experience in fast-paced organizations
