We are partnering with a leading international professional services firm to recruit a Part Qualified Accountant to join their expanding client accounting team in Dublin (Hybrid, Permanent).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part qualified accountant looking to gain excellent experience working with a portfolio of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in aircraft leasing, securitisation, and capital markets.

The Role
  • Prepare and post accounting journals including accruals and prepayments for Irish SPVs
  • Complete bank reconciliations and post related journals
  • Assist with annual financial statements preparation under IFRS or local GAAP
  • Prepare routine monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Liaise with banks, asset servicers, auditors, and other third parties
  • Assist with corporation tax, VAT returns, and regulatory filings
  • Contribute to process improvements within the team
The Ideal Profile
  • Part qualified ACCA/CPA accountant actively pursuing qualification with clear intention to qualify within 3 years
  • Minimum 1 year relevant accounting trainee experience in a financial services or accounting firm environment
  • Solid understanding of accounting debits/credits and general ledger postings
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficient with MS Office
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude, flexible, and eager to learn
