Here, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through various stages of employment disputes, primarily involving Workplace Relations Commission complaints and Labour Court appeals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and respond to employment tribunal claims filed against clients
  2. Support clients through mediation and conciliation processes
  3. Visit clients across Ireland, providing on-site support as needed
  4. Advise clients on case merits and defense strategies
  5. Prepare case materials and represent clients at hearings
  6. Manage administrative tasks and documentation associated with cases

What we need from you

  1. Third Level Qualification in Law, Employment Law, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations
  2. Strong time management and organizational skills
