We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and proactive Domestic Assistant to help us maintain a warm, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
  • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed
  • Ensure hygiene standards are met in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
  • Restock consumables such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and refreshments
  • Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
  • Support with waste disposal and recycling procedures
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to residents, guests, or staff
  • Follow infection control procedures, especially in care home settings
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, care, or cleaning roles preferred
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and infection control protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Respectful and empathetic attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
