Overview

Veritas Search are working with a top tier Irish law firm in Dublin who are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their team. This is an opportunity for an experienced legal support professional to join a firm that is in growth mode with a focus on investment, new markets and expanding service lines.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support, diary and file management for fee earners
  • Data input, file management and ensuring the CRM system is up to date and accurate
  • Supporting stakeholders in the preparation of client briefs and meetings
  • Managing travel and business trip bookings
  • Additional ad hoc responsibilities as required
Qualifications
  • Background as a Legal Secretary (3+ years) in a practice environment
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Good knowledge of case management software
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively
