About the role:
Office based, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and much more.
The ideal candidate will possess solar PV, BESS, heat pump, or utilities experience.

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Experience working for a medium-sized or large contractor
- Demonstrated MEP construction experience (essential)
- Valid working rights within Ireland
