Overview

TikTok's Trust & Safety team is committed to keeping our online community safe. The Search Operation - Model Data team provides training and testing data for TikTok's search models to help improve search results and optimize search rankings. The platform and tools project aims to build and optimize platform tools to support the efficiency, onlineization of search annotation evaluation, and other related activities, with experience in platform operation.

Responsibilities
  1. Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality.
  2. Localize labeling guidelines, support guideline training, and align guideline updates.
  3. Conduct calibration meetings with the labeling team in the appeal process: analyze different cases, record and evaluate performance, and offer solutions and suggestions to improve accuracy and alignment.
  4. Work closely with R&D (Research and Development) and PM (Product Manager) to provide feedback on data quality.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor0s degree or above.
  2. Excellent language skills (Vietnamese & English). Overseas working/training is a plus.
  3. Understanding of search engines; familiar with social media platforms.
  4. Deep understanding of local culture and Internet usage habits of local users.
  5. Strong ability to learn and understand new concepts.
  6. Familiar with common office software; labeling experience is preferred.
