Overview

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about retail and ready to contribute to a fabulous customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer care and service, guiding, informing and assisting customers in the correct purchase of our clothing and products.
  • Assist customers in diverse situations, from maternity wear to baby carriers, and demonstrate products as needed.
  • Prepare Omni-Channel orders and liaise with customers in-store or via phone for Omni-Channel orders.
  • Utilize our digital or virtual learning platforms to continuously develop your knowledge and retail skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a neat and immaculate store environment and uphold brand standards.
  • Be a brand ambassador, uphold our values, foster collaboration, and take ownership of all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
  • Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly; strong aptitude for acquiring product knowledge and communicating it effectively to customers.
  • A self-developing mentality with curiosity to learn new products independently.
  • Strong active listening, empathy and understanding of customer needs; avoid hard sales techniques but demonstrate sales ability through customer focus.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a small team; flexibility to work across a 7-day opening retail environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and pride in keeping the store looking tip-top.
Additional Details
  • Typical week: 30 hours (5 x 6 hour shifts); flexibility in line with store requirements.
  • Over the school leaver age requirement as per England/Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland regulations.
