Position: Account Assistant at Born Clothing

Location: Galway, Ireland (On-site)

Position Type: Part-time (3 to 4 days per week), permanent

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store\'s finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage billing and payment collection
  • Record daily sales and related transactions
  • Post bank statement transactions
  • Assist with inputting invoices
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an accounts assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Proficient in accounting and Excel
