
Senior Governance Officer

This is a Controlled Function role (CF 2) under Ireland's Fitness and Probity Regime and is subject to enhanced pre-employment screening. Location: Dublin, Hybrid. 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). In this position, you'll be based in the Dublin office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for part of your working week.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Governance Officer, you will assist the Head of Governance and Outsourcing Oversight in supporting other areas within the wider business. The role will primarily be responsible for assisting with compliance with and adherence to the firm's Outsourcing Framework and Operational Resilience Framework. You will be self-motivated, eager to learn, focused, and able to deliver solutions while maintaining high standards of quality. You will have the opportunity to support senior management and operational teams.
What you will bringAs a Senior Governance Officer, you will be able to use your initiative, be forward thinking, have good organisational and planning skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Key skills and experience include:
- Financial Services industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to coordinate meetings with many attendees from various locations
- Experience managing Outsourcing and Operational Resilience Frameworks
- Ability to review, maintain and update policies
- Ability to manage multiple complex activities running in parallel with multiple deadlines
