We are seeking an eager Website Sales Administrator to join our expanding team at our Head Office in Cork .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy person to join the great team in our Online Sales Department.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

  • Process online orders
  • Ensure order follow up, by managing deliveries and collections for online orders
  • Assist customers with the returns process and follow up on returned orders
  • Manage and resolve customer queries, via phone and email
  • Respond to and resolve queries from online chat portal
  • Carrying out other necessary ad-hoc administration duties

The Role Requires
  • Strong computer skills: an advanced knowledge of Office products essential
  • Professional oral and written communication skills

The Successful Person Will Be
  • Disciplined and organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and not afraid of hard work
  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
