Job Summary:

The ASA Brands team is looking for a highly motivated teammate to join their sales support team to assist us to continue to provide a consistently high level of service to our clients.

Duties will include (not limited to):

  • Manage a portfolio of projects with varying clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities using in-house software packages
  • Dealing with Global Customer & Suppliers
  • Supporting Sales team by generating quotations for clients
  • Generating Sales Quotations
  • Following up & converting Customer quotations
  • Updating Excel reports daily
  • Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
  • Skills/Experience required:
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both telephone and face to face
  • Ability to handle customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • "Can do" attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail while maintaining an ability to multi-task.
  • Advance knowledge of manufacturing and decoration processes as well as supplier and product resources would be an advantage
  • Enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers
  • Comfortable making judgement calls, and prioritising workload
  • Must have experience in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email or equivalents.
  • Full fluency in English, written and verbal is essential.
  • Active participant in giving and receiving in appreciative and constructive feedback
  • Competency in data entry and computer skills are required.

We are looking for a candidate who is bright, hardworking , honest and reliable with an excellent attention to detail. Over time we would want you to gain experience is all aspects of our business

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
