At oac, we're rethinking what a protein snack should be — clean, high-protein, and genuinely delicious.

We're growing fast and looking for a Sales Administrator to support our team across wholesale, operations, and customer relationships. This person will work closely with our Office Admin and Sales team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from managing B2B orders to making sure our partners and stockists get exactly what they need, when they need it.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, is great with people, and thrives in a growing, fast-paced brand environment.

We're growing fast and looking for a Sales Administrator to support our team across wholesale, operations, and customer relationships. This person will work closely with our Office Admin and Sales team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from managing B2B orders to making sure our partners and stockists get exactly what they need, when they need it.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, is great with people, and thrives in a growing, fast-paced brand environment.

What you'll do:
  • Support the sales team with order processing and stock tracking
  • Communicate with wholesale partners and distributors
  • Maintain accurate records and input into CRM systems
  • Help with invoicing and paperwork
  • Liaise with our Office Admin on day-to-day logistics and dispatch
  • Assist with preparing presentations or sales materials
  • Spot opportunities to streamline how we do things
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in sales admin, office admin or customer support (bonus if you've worked in food or FMCG)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator – written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Proactive, reliable, and up for learning on the go
