I am partnering with one of Cork City's top architectural design studios to recruit experienced Architects for their growing team.

Suitable Architects will have excellence in design and be conceptually strong. I am looking to speak with professionals that have a creative spark and a real design flair.

The Role:

With a vast catalogue of projects all at different RIAI stages, the studio are looking for professionals that have a proven track record of Irish projects, strong experience through the RIAI plan of work, as well as adding value and influence to the team.

The team work across a diverse portfolio of work from large-scale commercial schemes, residential and public sector, to critical infrastructure and data centres. There is a real variety in the typologies that the studio are working on.

Excellence for this role is centred and focused upon design. Professionals will be experienced taking schemes from scratch and inception, leading the client and the build through all RIAI stages to handover, alongside a world class team.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a team at the top of their team, with a huge portfolio of work that are going from strength to strength and are forecasting a productive and busy 2025.

The salary for this position is highly competitive and will be commensurate with experience and the expertise you bring to the team. This role is designed for Architects with 5–10+ years of experience, which accounts for the range in salary levels. In addition to a competitive salary, the benefits package is comprehensive, including a healthcare plan, generous holiday allowance, flexible working arrangements, and more.

Software: Revit is essential.
