Our Client has one of the largest and most extensive bathroom showrooms in Ireland and, after our recent renovation, we are looking for a Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service of the utmost quality to new and existing customers, managing and proactively developing long-term customer relationships. Your job will be to work closely with customers to ensure they get the maximum value out of the services and products they have purchased from us.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively engaging with our customers throughout their relationship with us to drive excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  2. Positioning yourself as the expert on our products and providing continuous support.
  3. Working closely with customers to resolve any issues they may have in an efficient and timely manner.
  4. General customer service.
  5. Generating sales.
  6. Following up on sales.
  7. Upkeep, maintenance, and tidying of showroom.
  8. Stock Control.

Requirements:

  1. Relationship building - the ability and willingness to build and develop productive relationships with our customers.
  2. Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service-focused role.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Organisational skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly.
  6. Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms desirable but not essential.
