Title: EMEA Events Manager
Role Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EMEA Facilities Events Manager based in JLL Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). The role involves managing, coordinating, supporting, and facilitating client events across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the first point of contact for all client events, including managing the client events IT systems.
  2. Manage event space diaries via the shared Outlook calendar and oversee furniture setups on-site and off-site.
  3. Collaborate with regional site leads to ensure consistent service delivery.
  4. Work with external contractors such as cleaning, set-build, production crews, and event hosts.
  5. Resolve issues related to event services like janitorial, parking, conference rooms, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
  6. Own the internal events booking system and respond to support tickets.
  7. Lead planning meetings with clients and vendors to discuss event requirements.
  8. Liaise with clients during events to address last-minute requests.
  9. Support guests, visitors, and employees during events.
  10. Assist with internal events at off-site locations, including company parties.
  11. Conduct office tours and quality audits of event spaces and equipment.
  12. Manage health and safety during events, including contractor supervision and documentation review.
  13. Provide regular reports to management and clients.
  14. Ensure office standards are maintained, including safety and contractor management.
  15. Guide Facilities Techs and collaborate with the Facilities team on related tasks.
  16. Resolve spontaneous issues professionally and ensure service satisfaction.
  17. Follow up on customer requests and seek process improvements.
  18. Track facilities requests and close actions within SLAs.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in events, facilities, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience in event management or coordination roles.
  • Event qualification is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Flexibility in work tasks and availability.
  • Hands-on experience in events and facilities management.
