We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants who will work with and support individuals living in their own homes. The focus of the role will be to work with the individual at home and in their community supporting them to live a life of their choosing and focusing on what is important to them. The candidate should be able to work one-to-one with people and as part of a team, have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and have a good level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
  • Work with individuals in their own homes and in the community to support them to live a life of their choosing.
  • Provide one-to-one support and work as part of a team.
  • Support adults with intellectual disabilities; ensure clear and respectful communication in English.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
Compensation and Hours
  • Full-Time
  • €30,000 per annum
  • 32 hours/week
