The Job

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, this senior role involves managing all aspects of commercial property sales & leasing, as well as asset & portfolio management operations. Responsibilities include managing negotiations, coordinating site acquisitions & development projects, maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting budgeting, managing credit control, reviewing proposals, overseeing compliance, and supporting leadership teams.

Your Skills & Experience
  • 3rd level degree in business studies or relevant discipline
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS - ideally)
  • 3-5+ years experience in property sales or leasing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network at all levels
  • Strong IT and analytical skills
  • Proven project management skills within deadlines and budgets
The Offer

This permanent position offers a salary up to approximately €70,000 plus benefits. The role is primarily office-based with some WFH flexibility. Candidates must be available for in-person interviews; those with restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
