Job Description

Within the Global Marketing Team, the Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting Sia's strategy and efforts around communications and marketing worldwide. S/he will work together with our team to manage and improve our global brand awareness across multiple platforms and increase our visibility towards all our targeted audiences (clients, prospects, media, candidates, partners, etc.)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Helping build our content and marketing strategy

  2. Creating and delivering breakthrough marketing campaigns and digital advertising on channels such as our corporate website, social media platforms, email, events

  3. Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels

  4. Coordinating with teams to develop editorial calendars

  5. Orchestrating, prioritizing, and managing project deliverables

  6. Helping facilitate marketing events

  7. Monitoring trends and proposing ideas to boost brand awareness

  8. Measuring, optimizing and reporting on content and campaign analytics and, reviewing, and presenting results to key stakeholders

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of marketing or communications experience

  2. Master's degree (Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field)

  3. Ideally, B2B marketing experience related to lead generation, campaign management, content strategy, or digital marketing

  4. Superior written and oral communication skills in English

  5. Demonstrated creative problem-solving and analytical skills

  6. Proactive, autonomous, eager to learn and grow

  7. Ability to speak and write in French is a major plus
