Overview

DOMINO HR International Ireland is an independent Human Resources consultancy firm based in Dublin, with two specialisations: Recruitment & Executive Search, and HR consulting. We are part of the international group DOMINO RH, a French headquartered, independent family-owned company which employs 900+, with a turnover of €400m. Founded in 1999, our group has expanded to eight global locations in Ireland, France, Poland, Switzerland, Portugal, Morocco, Germany, and Canada.


Our story began in April 2022 visiting our first potential customers and creating our network, discovering the Irish culture and values, and understanding the vibrant talent market and outstanding economic activity. In May 2023, we established our team and office in the heart of Dublin 2, and now, in 2025, we are continuing our growth adding a Business Development Specialist. The focus will be to generate new business opportunities, build strong business relationships, and expand our customer base across various industries in Ireland and across Europe.



Your core responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and generating leads within target industries.
  • Sales: Develop and execute strategies to secure new business, including outreach through calls, emails, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, investment opportunities, and business challenges, ensuring that our services are always aligned with the current market landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact for their recruitment and HR needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into long-term business relationships, focusing on both new business and upselling to current clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our project delivery teams and individuals to ensure a seamless service execution and customer experience.
  • Networking: Represent Domino-HR at industry events, seminars, and conferences to raise our brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and business feedback to senior management, contributing to strategic decision making.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage our established customer feedback and satisfaction process, and subsequent reporting requirements.


Compensation

According to experience and profile, a base per annum salary and commission on business targets and objectives.



Location

Upper Mount Street, Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid working week.



Required Profile
  • Education: Higher education in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or business management, preferably within outsourced or consulting industries. A strong understanding of the HR and recruitment landscape in Ireland with an ability to identify opportunities and generate leads. An ability to work autonomously and as part of an international team.
  • Personality: Strong communication with an entrepreneurial attitude, but a collaborative and team-player style. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
