Business Development Executive – Recruitment Sales Focus (Hybrid | Dublin 2)

Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our high-performing recruitment agency. Your role will be laser-focused on generating new business, promoting top talent to employers, and opening doors to fresh opportunities.

If you thrive in sales, love the buzz of the chase, and want to be part of a fun, supportive team – this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Chasing up leads for open roles across our divisions
  • Cold and warm calling to build new client relationships and book in meetings
  • Promoting star candidates to businesses who need great people
  • Actively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Building long-term trust with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Working closely with the delivery team to ensure we can fill roles you bring in
  • Smashing targets and contributing directly to business growth
  • Previous sales experience (ideally in recruitment, telesales, or B2B environments)
  • Confident and persuasive communicator – especially on the phone
  • Resilient, upbeat and not afraid of rejection
  • Strong ability to build rapport and gain trust quickly
  • Highly motivated by targets, commission and results
  • A team player who lifts others and loves working collaboratively
  • Organised, self-motivated, and commercially minded
