Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Rotating Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm (2 shift cycles: 9:30am – 5:30pm and 11am – 8pm)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized sales quality support agent to assist our Field Sales team. This role involves maintaining the accuracy, quality, and compliance of our sales processes through post-call quality checks. You will review sales calls, update CRM records, and collaborate with the Account Manager and Field Sales Manager to ensure a smooth, compliant sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct post-call quality checks on sales calls to ensure compliance with scripts, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Support the Field Sales Manager with administrative tasks such as reporting and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data within the CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and report trends, discrepancies, or concerns to relevant managers.
  • Assist with general back-office administrative duties related to the sales process.
Your Profile

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in customer support, administrative, or sales support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confident communicator capable of collaborating with internal teams and field colleagues.
  • Previous experience in the utilities sector is highly valued.
