About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This includes conducting quality checks on sales calls to ensure compliance with established scripts and procedures. You will also work closely with our Field Sales Manager to perform administrative tasks, such as reporting and follow-ups.">

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct post-call quality checks on sales calls
  • Ensure adherence to client standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze call recordings and provide detailed feedback to improve sales performance
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in our CRM system
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, or concerns and report them to relevant managers
  • Assist with general administrative duties related to the sales process">

Your Profile:

You have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales support or administration. Your experience with CRM systems is essential, as is your excellent written and spoken communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are also vital. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong interpersonal skills, this role may be ideal for you.">
