Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing startup based in Dublin 22, as they continue to expand operations, they are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their team. This is a cross-functional role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of various projects within the company. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

This is a permanent role and salary is €38 – €42k pa plus perks and bonuses. Hybrid working is available

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across different departments.
    • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
    • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
    • Schedule and organize project meetings, document key decisions, and distribute meeting minutes.
    • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
    • Generate regular reports to track project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
    • Assist in resource allocation, tracking team members’ workloads, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
    • Collaborate with team leads to address any resource-related challenges.
    • Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and report on project risks, proposing adjustments to plans as needed.
    • Provide general administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related materials.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Proven experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Interested in opportunities for professional development and growth
