Facilities Administrator

Headcount Engineering require to add an administrator to support our team responsibile for general facilities, based on multinational biopharma client site.
Summary:
Supports the Facilities Department by performing administrative functions.
Essential duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department assistance as needed (examples include: word processing, creating PowerPoint presentations, creating Excel spreadsheets, electronic filing, scanning hardcopy documents, creating folder structures, creating and maintaining databases, etc.)
- Process purchase orders and follow orders through from PO to Delivery Stage to corresponding Invoice
- Co-ordination and Filing of Facilities Documentation.
- May assist Facilities Coordinators on special projects as needed.
- Other administrative duties & projects as required.
- Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs).
Education and Experience:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- 2-3 years strong administration/reception experience (GMP Experience Ideal)
- A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
