Temporary HR & Payroll Administrator A client based inDublin 8have an urgent need for a HR & Payroll join their HR team for an initial temporary contract. Salary:€37,218 Duration:6months initially Location:Dublin 8, onsite (2 days working from home once full trained) The duties of this role include: Provide an efficient, professional service with a strong focus on excellent datamanagement on Human Resources Information System (Core HR). Gathering and tracking information for payroll changes. Support the internal and external on processes including updating the HR database,employee set-up forms, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor staff contracts and requests for contract renewals/variations. Support in the Co-ordination of leave/absence records including maternity and sick leave cases; liaise and engage with relevant external stakeholders including occupational health supplier and permanent health insurance provider.. Prepare staff documentation using appropriate templates and process changes,amendments and updates using appropriate systems. Maintain effective manual and electronic files and HR databases in compliance withGDPR requirements. Experience & Knowledge: Previous HRIS experience (ideally core). Payroll knowledge would be really helpful in this role. Very good administrative skills -HRexperience would be useful, but is not mandatory if you have strong administrative experience. Strong IT skills are essential - Microsoft Word and Excel (mail merges, vlookups etc.) 1 year office experience at a minimum Please submit your CV todayif you are available immediately and for the duration of the assignment.
