About the Function Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year. We're operating across different markets, channels, and areas of expertise. About the Role As Head of Customer Marketing - On Trade, you will lead the team responsible for driving the success of our iconic beer and spirits brands in pubs, bars, and restaurants across Ireland. Your goal will be to create and execute brilliant customer marketing plans that bring our brands to life and ensure they are front of mind for both customers and consumers. A key part of this role is embracing digital innovation. You will help transform how we engage with customers through data-driven insights, e-commerce, digital activations, and online trade platforms-ensuring Diageo is always ahead of the curve. What You'll Be Doing Lead and inspire the On Trade Customer Marketing team to deliver exceptional brand activations in pubs, bars, and restaurants. Put digital at the heart of our customer marketing strategy-leveraging online platforms, trade e-commerce, and digital tools to drive growth. Work closely with sales teams to ensure our brands show up brilliantly across all customer touchpoints. Develop creative, insight-led campaigns that engage customers and influence consumer choice. Manage budgets and track performance, ensuring every activation delivers real commercial impact. Build strong relationships with key customers, external agencies, and trade partners to drive collaboration and success. Key skills and experience: Experience in customer marketing, brand marketing, or sales within FMCG, alcohol, or hospitality industries. A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by new challenges. A collaborative leader who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
