PokerStars, part of Flutter International, is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team. This role reports to the Head of Customer Marketing and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the world’s leading poker brand within Flutter Entertainment, the world’s largest gaming organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer communication plans that drive commercial objectives. This includes crafting detailed communication strategies, actionable insights, and engaging narratives to connect with PokerStars’ global customer base. The role also involves leading communication analysis, implementing test-and-learn strategies, and delivering performance improvements with clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

This hybrid position allows a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration, with arrangements tailored to meet team and individual needs.

Location: Applicants can be located in: Ceuta, Spain, Dublin, Ireland, Leeds, United Kingdom, or Saint Julian’s, Malta.

What you’ll do:

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will maximise overall brand and channel engagement, increase the size, marketability and value of the PS brands’ customer bases through a variety of lifecycle strategies aligned to business and marketing outcomes ultimately activating more customers, keeping more of them engaged for longer and distributing bonus investment appropriately to result in greater value for the PokerStars business.

This individual will work closely with the Commercial, Marketing, Insight, Data, Product and MarTech teams along with other teams across the business. They will be the key point of contact for all communication planning across the markets you work on.

Work closely with commercial, generosity and marketing counterparts to develop a communication strategy and plan which increases customer value and engagement, with a focus on ensuring communications are relevant and personalised speaking to the customer throughout their lifecycle as on brand.

Be responsible for the development of communication plans and briefs to ensure successful execution of customer communication which deliver upon commercial objectives.

- Contribute to liquidity strategies, plans and frameworks to deliver upon objectives holistically across marketing.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness initiatives with the aim of delivering agile execution of marketing which met the needs of commercial.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Customer Contact Strategy and supporting Technology improvements with the aim of delivering improved, efficient and personalised communication to our customers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations & guidance.
- Provide guidance on the right KPIs to track performance.
- Identify opportunities for value driving activity in line with commercial priorities and prioritise actions based on best forecast outcomes backing up recommendations with research and/or data driven insight.
- Develop a seamless relationship across the commercial, generosity and marketing teams acting as the connection between the business and the Customer through innovative and effective planning.

Qualification / Requirements

- Previous experience within a similar position across multiple markets.
- Experience of managing a range of customer communication channels and CRM programmes that provide a best-in-class customer experience and drive improved commercial performance.
- Experience in creating execution plans and working with stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
- Experience of taking large amounts of data and insight and driving improvements in customer communication and engagement as a result.
- Experience of communication platforms – email, push messaging, In-App.
- Good understanding of segmentation and targeting.
- Delivery focused.
