Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions (English, German)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time as required.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged promotions.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Germany, and exceed quotas and drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and achieve customer business and marketing objectives.
- Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand business.
