Minimum qualifications: 8 years of experience in executive level AI, Tech and Product development Recruiting across EMEA markets, including the United Kingdom. 5 years of recruiting experience at an executive search agency or executive in-house recruiting team. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of recruiting experience in AI/ML or Cloud technologies. Experience partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high quality search deliverables, including internal executive researchers and external executive search firms. Responsibilities Partner with executive Cloud leaders on high-profile, Director, technical hires, providing domain and market insights and trends, and advising executives on top talent for their business needs. Develop and own innovative and talent-winning search strategies, delivering deep competitor research against those strategies for Cloud technical functions (e.g., engineering, product management, etc.). Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants, and colleagues. Build and nurture relationships for the future, engaging with top passive talent and continuously expanding access to an ever-widening tech executive talent pool. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
