Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of commercial insurance claims.
- Register and maintain accurate claim records, review policies, medical records, and other documentation.
- Liaise with underwriters, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Provide timely updates and reports to clients on claim progress.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet client needs and maintain compliance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Who we’re looking for
- APA qualified - is a must
- Some claims handling experience - is a must
- Commercial Insurance experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Team player who can provide exceptional client service.
- Demonstrates good technical knowledge of commercial insurance claims.
