About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day Helpdesk & Administrative support
- Be first point of contact for all client enquires, logging all requests that are received in a timely manner
- Oversea day to day monitoring of Helpdesk, logging calls & monitoring emails
- Raise Purchase orders for suppliers on our PO system
- Ensure all relevant information is in order and to prioritise and resolve requests
- Collate client feedback, escalating issues & concerns as and when they arise
- Produce reports and analyse helpdesk data as requested
- Preforming General Office & Administration duties as & when require
Essential Hiring Criteria:
- Previous Experience within a Helpdesk/Administration role is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Adaptable – possess the ability to work on own initiative
- Strong Interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
