Job Opportunity:
\The Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. This dynamic professional is responsible for managing reactive and planned maintenance activities, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions\
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction\
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to support decision-making\
- Prepare and present reports and updates to stakeholders to keep them informed\
- Monitor work order progress and escalate any issues that may arise to prevent delays or complications\
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity\
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors to foster a collaborative environment\\/ul>\
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in facilities coordination or FM helpdesk roles, a background in engineering or facilities management, and strong administrative and organisational skills. They should be able to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
