Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned facilities professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our headquarters. This role combines managerial and administrative responsibilities, requiring strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage soft and hard services including cleaning, maintenance, security, waste, and utilities to ensure high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and control utility consumption to minimize costs and optimize resource use.
  • Coordinate fire safety systems, alarm testing, and training to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Oversee permit access, compliance, and risk assessments to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and maintain positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and maintenance logs to support informed decision-making.
  • Supervise team performance and foster a collaborative working environment to drive success.
  • Support audit processes, budget monitoring, and procurement procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Promote sustainable practices across water, waste, and energy use to minimize environmental impact.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and administrative support to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities coordination or management within a complex operational setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building management systems, risk assessment, and contractor supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems, and SAP or IFMS financial software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A high level of organization, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
