
Operational Facilities Manager

As a key member of our operational team, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management to ensure the site is well-maintained, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations. This involves leading on health & safety protocols, conducting regular audits, and implementing improvements as necessary.
Additionally, you will manage and support on-site teams in creating a positive and productive working environment. This includes performing ad-hoc duties such as cooking twice per week as part of a shared roster.
You will also be responsible for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve monitoring budgets, stock levels, and maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in facilities or operations management
- Strong understanding of health & safety standards and procedures
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including basic cooking duties
