Amazon Web Services is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Data Center Technician Trainees to join our team.

This role is a unique opportunity to work in some of the most cutting edge Data Centers in the world. The Data Centers in Amazon Web Services are large-scale high-density centers where you will be working on changing the face of Cloud technology in the region.

The Data Centers in Amazon Web Services take customer data with the utmost importance, and selected candidates must be able to perform repetitive tasks without variance and adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that ensures customer data is protected and properly handled.

This Entry Level position requires candidates to be a self-starter, highly motivated individual who can adhere to strict processes and be able to perform repetitive tasks with no deviation and demonstrate continuously consistent results. Team Members will be working in a team environment not only with other members of the team but also from other teams and must be able to communicate and promote cross-team functionality.

Key job responsibilities
Under the guidance of regular employees, be responsible to support for the following work, including but not limited to:

1. Hardware support of x86 architecture server and network devices, including hardware issue diagnosis, hardware replacement, etc.;
2. Linux support, including log diagnosis, firmware upgrade, etc.;
3. Network devices system technical support, installation and configuration upgrading;
4. Network link troubleshooting;
5. Request and response for the global team, communicate and cooperate with the global team, and complete various types of team cooperation work, such as equipment upgrading, fault analysis, troubleshooting, etc.;
6. Python, Java, Ruby and other development projects, develop scripts or applications according to team needs;
7. AWS products, such as lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, dynamodb, etc., to build automatic support system;
8. Technical documents of hardware and system architecture, communicate and discuss with the global service team, and write technical support documents

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Major in communication, computer, software engineering, electronic information, Cloud Computing and IT related etc
- Basic writing and communication skills in English
- Undergraduate and master students graduated in 2026
- Ensure at least three months of internship
- Eager to learn and have the ability to think and solve problems independently
- Proactive and responsible working attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Relevant educational qualification majoring in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
- IT Hardware Concepts.
- Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms.
- x86 Architecture.
- Experience in Microsoft office applications including but not limited to Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Good English written and read skills.
